Delivery Options

Sur-Ron bikes are dispatched from UK stock using specialist courier services. Customers can choose either boxed delivery or our professionally assembled Build & PDI service, which must be selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

• Boxed Delivery: 1–2 working days
• Standard Build & PDI: 3–5 working days
• Express Build & PDI: 2–3 working days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on stock location, workshop capacity and courier schedules.

Boxed delivery: The bike will arrive in its original shipping crate and will require final assembly. Before being ridden, it must be assembled and fully inspected by a competent, suitably qualified motorcycle mechanic.

This inspection must cover the complete bike, including all factory-fitted parts, brakes, wheels, axles, handlebars, controls, suspension, drivetrain, electrical connections and safety-critical fasteners.

Customers should retain evidence of professional assembly and inspection, as this may be requested if a warranty claim could relate to the bike’s assembly, setup or adjustment.

Build & PDI delivery: If selected at checkout, Garland Powersports will professionally assemble and PDI check the bike before delivery. Following transportation, the customer must still inspect the bike before its first ride for transit damage, loose components or anything requiring adjustment.

The bike must not be ridden until it has been fully inspected and confirmed safe. Regular pre-ride checks, servicing and maintenance remain the owner’s responsibility.

Sur-Ron Manufacturer Warranty

Sur-Ron bikes include manufacturer-backed warranty cover against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. The exact warranty period and coverage may vary by model, component and supplying distributor.

Warranty support generally covers qualifying manufacturing defects affecting major components such as:

• Motor
• Controller
• Battery
• Frame and swingarm
• Charger and electrical components

Warranty does not normally cover:

• Incorrect or incomplete assembly
• Incorrect setup or adjustment
• Failure to complete safety checks
• Normal wear and tear
• Tyres, brake pads, discs, chains and sprockets
• Crash, impact or accidental damage
• Racing, competition use, jumping or stunts
• Misuse, neglect or overloading
• Water ingress, submersion or pressure washing
• Lack of servicing or maintenance
• Unauthorised repairs
• Derestriction or software alterations
• Non-approved batteries, controllers, motors or electrical modifications
• Damage caused by continued use after a fault becomes apparent

Please contact Garland Powersports before fitting major electrical or performance modifications, as these may affect warranty coverage.

If a fault or safety concern appears, stop using the bike immediately and contact us. We may require proof of purchase, the bike’s VIN or chassis number, photographs, videos and service or assembly records.

Where the cause cannot be established remotely, the bike may need to be returned or collected for inspection before the appropriate warranty resolution can be confirmed.

Returns

Please contact Garland Powersports before returning a Sur-Ron.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the bike must be unused, unmodified and returned with all original packaging, keys, chargers, manuals and accessories.

Bikes that have been ridden, damaged, modified, registered or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full change-of-mind refund. Any permitted deduction will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where a bike is confirmed to have been faulty when supplied.
