A few things to know before ordering

How quickly will my bike arrive?
Delivery times depend on the model, stock availability, assembly option and your postcode. Check the product page for the estimated timescale before ordering. Preorder bikes ship once the advertised batch arrives, and some postcode areas have longer courier transit times. Tracking updates are sent once your order is dispatched.

Do the bikes come assembled?
Most bikes arrive boxed and require some final assembly. Electric balance bikes typically arrive around 85–90% assembled, although the work required varies by model. We also offer a Build & PDI service on selected pit bikes, quads and larger electric bikes, where shown on the product page. Always complete the checks in the supplied manual before riding.

What if something goes wrong?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and any helpful photos or videos. We’ll help identify the problem and liaise with the manufacturer where needed to arrange the next steps. Warranty terms and cover vary by brand and component, and we can also help you find replacement parts.

Which bike is right for my child?
The right bike depends on your child’s height, inside leg measurement, confidence and riding experience - not just their age. Start with our Shop by Age guide, then check the sizing information on the product page. If you’re unsure, send us those details and your budget, and we’ll help you choose.
