Electro & Co ETM RTR XL – Quick Overview

Best for: taller, experienced teenage and adult riders wanting the largest and most stable RTR platform.

Power: up to 16kW peak output from the E&C Revolver Alpha 65H IPM motor.

    Battery: 72V 35Ah Samsung lithium hot-swappable battery.

Top speed: 65+mph, depending on rider, gearing, terrain and conditions.

Our view: the biggest and most serious RTR — built for riders who want more room, stronger high-speed stability and a proper big-wheel pit-bike feel.

The Electro & Co ETM RTR XL scales up the RTR platform for riders who need more space, stability and outright performance. An extended chassis, 17/14-inch wheels, taller bars and an 810mm seat height give it a more substantial riding position than the smaller RTR models.

Its Alpha powertrain produces up to 16kW peak power, backed by a 72V 35Ah Samsung battery, 420 chain drive and four-piston brakes. The result is a fast, capable electric pit bike designed for experienced riders—not an entry-level machine.

My Take as a British MX Rider

The XL is the model that makes sense if the standard RTR platform feels too compact. Its longer chassis, bigger wheels and taller riding position give you more room and make the bike feel calmer and more composed as the speed rises.

If you want the biggest, fastest and most stable Electro & Co RTR, the XL is the one.

Why Choose the ETM RTR XL?

    Up to 16kW

8kW and 12kW power modes, plus 16kW Hole Shot Mode for maximum acceleration.

    XL 17/14 Platform

A longer chassis, bigger wheels and 810mm seat height create a more spacious pit-bike position.

    72V Samsung Battery

The 35Ah hot-swappable battery can be removed without tools for convenient charging.

    Built for Stability

Extended forks and swingarm improve composure, space and confidence at higher speeds.

    Alpha Powertrain and Battery

The 72V Alpha powertrain pairs an E&C Revolver Alpha 65H IPM brushless motor with a high-strength 420 chain. Riders can select 8kW or 12kW power modes, with 16kW Hole Shot Mode available for the strongest acceleration.

The 72V 35Ah Samsung lithium battery is hot-swappable and removable without tools. Listed range is up to 30–60 miles, although real-world range varies significantly with speed, mode, rider weight, terrain and conditions.

    XL Chassis, Suspension and Brakes

The XL uses an extended swingarm, extended forks, a longer rear section and taller handlebars to provide more room and a more planted feel. Its 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels bridge the gap between compact pit-bike agility and larger-bike stability.

Fully adjustable 48mm E&C-tuned front forks are paired with an adjustable DNM rear shock. Four-piston disc brakes at both ends provide the stopping power required for the bike’s performance.

    Who Is It For?

The ETM RTR XL is best suited to taller, experienced teenage and adult riders who find smaller RTR models too compact or want greater stability at speed.

For private-land use only. It is not road legal. Suitable protective equipment should always be worn.

  • Delivery & Returns

    Delivery Options

Electro & Co bikes are dispatched from UK stock using specialist courier services. Customers can choose either boxed delivery or our professionally assembled Build & PDI service, which must be selected at checkout.

    Typical delivery times:

    • Boxed Delivery: 1–2 working days
    • Standard Build & PDI: 3–5 working days
    • Express Build & PDI: 2–3 working days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on stock location, workshop capacity and courier schedules.

Boxed delivery: The bike will arrive in its original shipping crate and require final assembly. Before being ridden, it must be correctly assembled and fully inspected by a competent, suitably qualified motorcycle mechanic.

The inspection must cover the complete bike, including factory-fitted parts, brakes, calipers, wheels, axles, handlebars, controls, suspension, drivetrain, electrical connections and all safety-critical fasteners.

Customers should retain evidence of professional assembly and inspection. Electro & Co’s manufacturer warranty specifically excludes faults or damage caused by incorrect installation, assembly or setup.

Build & PDI delivery: If selected at checkout, Garland Powersports will professionally assemble and PDI check the bike before delivery. Following transportation, the customer must still inspect the bike before its first ride for transit damage, loose components or anything requiring adjustment.

The bike must not be ridden until it has been fully inspected and confirmed safe. Regular pre-ride checks, servicing and maintenance remain the owner’s responsibility.

    Warranty does not normally cover:

    • Incorrect installation, assembly or setup
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Tyres and inner tubes
    • Brake pads and brake discs
    • Chains and sprockets

    • Lack of servicing or maintenance
    • Damage caused by continued use after a fault appears

If a fault or safety concern appears, stop using the bike immediately and contact Garland Powersports.

We may require proof of purchase, the bike’s serial number, clear photographs, videos, error-code images and details of any modifications or non-standard components.

Where the cause cannot be confirmed remotely, the bike may need to be returned or collected for inspection before warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution can be confirmed.

Do not return or ship a battery, motor, controller or other component without receiving instructions from Garland Powersports. Lithium batteries require specialist handling and cannot be sent through standard courier services.

    Returns

Please contact Garland Powersports before returning an Electro & Co bike.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the bike must be unused, unmodified and returned with all original packaging, keys, chargers, manuals and accessories.

Bikes that have been assembled, ridden, damaged, modified or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full change-of-mind refund. Any permitted deduction will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where a bike is confirmed to have been faulty when supplied.
