Electro & Co ETM RTR – Quick Overview

Best for: experienced teenage and adult riders wanting the full-performance original RTR platform.

Power: up to 8kW output with three selectable power levels.

    Battery: 72V 25Ah hot-swappable battery with tool-free removal.

Top speed: 50+mph, depending on rider, gearing, terrain and conditions.

Our view: a serious compact electric trail bike with stronger performance than the RTR Lite and the full RTR package from day one.

The Electro & Co ETM RTR delivers the complete original RTR performance package. Its 8kW motor, 72V battery, proper suspension and strong tubular-steel chassis put it well beyond lower-powered electric trail bikes.

With a compact 14/12-inch wheel setup, 760mm seat height and three selectable power levels, it combines pit-bike agility with the speed and acceleration experienced riders expect from a serious off-road electric machine.

My Take as a British MX Rider

The full RTR is the version to choose over the Lite if you want the stronger 72V platform and full performance from the start. It has a serious hit of acceleration while retaining the compact, responsive feel that makes this style of bike enjoyable.

For experienced riders who do not want to build up a lower-spec bike later, the full RTR makes sense.

    Why Choose the ETM RTR?

    8kW Maximum Output

A major step up from the RTR Lite, with three power levels for different terrain and conditions.

    72V Battery Platform

A 25Ah hot-swappable battery with tool-free removal and listed upgrade potential up to 45Ah.

    50+mph Capability

Serious electric performance for experienced riders using the bike responsibly off-road.

    Compact RTR Chassis

A 14/12-inch wheel setup and 760mm seat height create responsive pit-bike handling.

    RTR vs RTR Lite

    Model Position Best For
ETM RTR Lite Accessible entry to the RTR platform Riders stepping into Electro & Co performance
ETM RTR Full-performance original RTR Experienced riders wanting the complete package immediately

    Motor, Battery and Performance

The E&C ETM IPM brushless motor produces up to 8kW and offers three selectable power levels through a bar-mounted LCD display. Electro & Co lists a top speed of 50+mph, although actual performance varies with rider weight, gearing, terrain and conditions.

The 72V 25Ah battery is hot-swappable and removable without tools. Listed range is up to 25 miles, with actual range depending heavily on speed, riding mode, rider weight and terrain.

  • Delivery & Returns

    Delivery Options

Electro & Co bikes are dispatched from UK stock using specialist courier services. Customers can choose either boxed delivery or our professionally assembled Build & PDI service, which must be selected at checkout.

    Typical delivery times:

    • Boxed Delivery: 1–2 working days
    • Standard Build & PDI: 3–5 working days
    • Express Build & PDI: 2–3 working days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary depending on stock location, workshop capacity and courier schedules.

Boxed delivery: The bike will arrive in its original shipping crate and require final assembly. Before being ridden, it must be correctly assembled and fully inspected by a competent, suitably qualified motorcycle mechanic.

The inspection must cover the complete bike, including factory-fitted parts, brakes, calipers, wheels, axles, handlebars, controls, suspension, drivetrain, electrical connections and all safety-critical fasteners.

Customers should retain evidence of professional assembly and inspection. Electro & Co’s manufacturer warranty specifically excludes faults or damage caused by incorrect installation, assembly or setup.

Build & PDI delivery: If selected at checkout, Garland Powersports will professionally assemble and PDI check the bike before delivery. Following transportation, the customer must still inspect the bike before its first ride for transit damage, loose components or anything requiring adjustment.

The bike must not be ridden until it has been fully inspected and confirmed safe. Regular pre-ride checks, servicing and maintenance remain the owner’s responsibility.

    Electro & Co Manufacturer Warranty

Complete Electro & Co bikes include:

    • 30-day limited manufacturer warranty against general manufacturing defects
    • Six-month limited manufacturer warranty on powertrain components
    • Powertrain cover includes the motor, controller, display and battery

Electro & Co also offers the original owner a 30% discount on replacement powertrain components during the first year of ownership, subject to its current manufacturer terms and claim approval.

Manufacturer warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

    Warranty does not normally cover:

    • Incorrect installation, assembly or setup
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Tyres and inner tubes
    • Brake pads and brake discs
    • Chains and sprockets
    • Crash, impact or accidental damage
    • Misuse, abuse or neglect
    • Water damage
    • Overheating caused by use, setup or installation
    • Damage caused by non-Electro & Co components
    • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
    • Lack of servicing or maintenance
    • Damage caused by continued use after a fault appears

If a fault or safety concern appears, stop using the bike immediately and contact Garland Powersports.

We may require proof of purchase, the bike’s serial number, clear photographs, videos, error-code images and details of any modifications or non-standard components.

Where the cause cannot be confirmed remotely, the bike may need to be returned or collected for inspection before warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution can be confirmed.

Do not return or ship a battery, motor, controller or other component without receiving instructions from Garland Powersports. Lithium batteries require specialist handling and cannot be sent through standard courier services.

    Returns

Please contact Garland Powersports before returning an Electro & Co bike.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the bike must be unused, unmodified and returned with all original packaging, keys, chargers, manuals and accessories.

Bikes that have been assembled, ridden, damaged, modified or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full change-of-mind refund. Any permitted deduction will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where a bike is confirmed to have been faulty when supplied.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
